Policy
Prior to any potential painting purchase a phone conversation must occur between any potential client and myself Brian Benjamin B. Benitez Boucher, phone number listed in the contact section, to negotiate either a physical meeting, purchase details and arrangements, and method of painting delivery via either shipping or acquiring the potential painting from my studio gallery. Artworks are maintained in a temperature controlled environment. Motionartprints/B3PrintStudio/Myself won’t accept any kind of payment that hasn’t been negotiated or communicated by myself Brian Benjamin B. Benitez Boucher and any potential client via a conversation by telephone or personal meeting prior to purchase of a painting. Prints available for purchase on MotionArtPrints or B3PrintStudio do not require prior arrangements via phone or meeting. Motion prints are shipped framed in shadow boxes and ready to be hung, displayed when recieved. Each motion art print is framed and packaged by me, Brian Benjamin B. Benitez Boucher. One to two weeks are required to create and package each motion print within a shadowbox. Each shadow box with prints inside are then insulated within cardboard boxes for shipping via either Fedex, UPS, or DHL with tracking and insurance. Sales are final. Complete refunds are provided for any lost or stolen orders during the shipping process. Original authentic paintings and accessories are shipped in insulated wooden cases via air or freight by either Fedex, UPS, or DHL with tracking and maximum insurance value. Each wooden case is custom made and packaged by me, Brian Benjamin B. Benitez Boucher, several weeks are required to build the wooden cases for each painting prior to shipping. Signature of buyer required by buyer upon receiving shipment. Sales are final. Complete refunds are provided for any lost or stolen orders during the shipping process. Buyers of original authentic paintings, artwork of any visual medium, and accessories agree to and understand motionartprints.com and b3printstudio.com will continue selling prints of original authentic artwork.
